Steven Ciardiello notified Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK) of his decision to resign as Chief Accounting Officer, effective August 28, 2026, following a transition period.

According to a company statement, Ciardiello's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.

Shutterstock said it is conducting a search for a successor.
