Dover unit CPC launches full-flow connectors for AI liquid cooling

July 22, 2026 4:16 PM

CPC (Colder Products Company), a business unit of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), announced the launch of the Everis DC Series, a family of full-flow connectors designed for liquid cooling in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing applications.

According to the company, the Everis DC in-line connector's full-flow design produces up to 90% less pressure drop compared to valved connectors of the same size. The product line includes both in-line and elbow configurations and features a swivel design. The connectors are made from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in cleanroom environments.

The fittings can be integrated directly into cold plates or manifolds, and their lower height profile supports compact 1U tray form factors used in high-density server environments.

"With a growing focus on power consumption, hyperscale customers want solutions that minimize the draw from pumps and coolant distribution units," said Patrick Gerst, General Manager of the CPC thermal business unit. "As a full-flow connector, the Everis DC facilitates more effective coolant flow, helping data center customers improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs."

The Everis DC Series expands CPC's existing liquid cooling portfolio, which includes the UQD and LQ connector families. CPC plans to showcase the new connectors at the Open Compute Project (OCP) APAC Summit in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 11-12.
