Quantinuum, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNT) has appointed Robin Schulman as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, effective July 13, 2026, and Rory O'Byrne as Chief People Officer, effective May 26, 2026. Both report to President and CEO Rajeeb Hazra, according to a company statement.

Schulman brings more than two decades of legal and executive leadership experience in the technology sector. She most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at GitLab, a role she held for nearly seven years. Before that, she was Chief Legal Officer at Couchbase and New Relic, and held senior positions at Adobe Inc.

O'Byrne has more than 25 years of global human resources experience across technology, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. He most recently served as Chief People Officer at Advanced Energy, and previously held roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at Jonah Energy LLC and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at MRC Global.

Quantinuum is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, and employs approximately 700 people globally.
