Zoom adds AI sales coaching tools with new tiered pricing plans
Zoom Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZM) announced updates to its Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) product on July 22, 2026, including the general availability of three new AI features: Sales Assist, Ask ZRA, and Sales Roleplay.
Sales Assist surfaces competitive intelligence, objection guidance, and battlecards during live customer calls. Ask ZRA allows users to query conversation and revenue data using natural language after meetings. Sales Roleplay provides AI-driven practice simulations ahead of customer interactions.
Zoom is also introducing two new pricing tiers for the product. Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials, launching in August, starts at $66 per user per month billed annually and includes the three new features through a consumption-based model. Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium starts at $99.99 per user per month billed annually and adds unlimited Sales Assist usage, recurring monthly AI credits for Ask ZRA and Sales Roleplay, and enhanced administrative controls.
The company also announced an MCP Server integration, including a plug-in with OpenAI Codex, which allows ZRA data to connect with compatible third-party AI platforms and enterprise workflows.
"Every customer conversation is more than a record of what happened; it's an opportunity to shape what happens next," said Madison Muchow, general manager of Zoom Revenue Accelerator at Zoom. "We believe AI should do more than summarize interactions; it should help revenue teams prepare smarter by coaching continuously, and execute with confidence to drive more pipeline."
According to an IDC report cited in the announcement, 34% of sales executives rank improving interoperability between disparate systems as the top driver of their sales initiatives, while 28% say reducing the number of systems and vendors is their highest priority.
