July 22, 2026 8:31 AM

JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) said it anticipates second-quarter 2026 revenue to increase 150% compared to the same period in 2025, based on preliminary and unaudited estimates that remain subject to the completion of quarter-end closing procedures.

The Lantana, Fla.-based construction and real estate development company attributed the projected growth to activity across commercial retail, industrial, high-end residential, and real estate development segments.

New projects started during the second quarter include a 103,000-square-foot Auto Clubhouse warehouse and condo facility for luxury vehicles in Charlotte, N.C.; an El Car Wash in Boynton Beach, Fla.; an Orange Theory fitness studio in Franklin, Mass.; a SweatHouz cold plunge and infrared studio in Delray Beach, Fla.; and a second Prison Island indoor adventure location in Grapevine, Texas.

Ongoing projects include continued construction of a high school campus in DeSoto County, Fla., with an estimated total contract value of $100 million upon completion, and 79 townhouses in Port Salerno, Fla.

Chief Executive Officer Joseph F. Basile III said in a statement that many of the current projects are expected to contribute to revenue in the third and fourth quarters of 2026, with the DeSoto County high school project anticipated to generate revenue throughout the year.

The company noted that the preliminary revenue figures remain subject to change pending completion of its quarter-end closing and review procedures.
