Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) announced it has secured more than $1.3 billion in new customer contracts across the United States and Europe, surpassing its stated 2026 goal of $1 billion in signed contracts.

The agreements were secured through the company's Axe Compute Build program, under which Axe Compute designs, deploys, owns, and operates dedicated AI infrastructure on behalf of enterprise customers. The contracts are structured as five-year commitments with extension options, backed by upfront prepayments, and include provisions for GPU upgrades as newer generations become available.

Revenue from the contracts is expected to begin in late Q4 2026, with prepayments arriving in Q3 2026. The company said deployment would boost its annual recurring revenue to over $384 million.

The infrastructure follows Nvidia reference design and is built to support large-scale model training, fine-tuning, inference, and data pipeline operations in dedicated environments.

"We set a target of $1 billion in signed contracts for the year, and these contracts put us well over that mark," said Christopher Miglino, Chief Executive Officer of Axe Compute. "Based on the opportunities in front of us, we believe it is not unrealistic that we close an additional $2 billion in signed contracts this year that could contribute to next year's ARR."
