Alpha Modus names new chief strategy officer with 5-year contract

Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD) appointed Alexander (Sasha) Asgary as Chief Strategy Officer, effective July 1, 2026, according to a press release statement from the company.

Chris Chumas, who previously held the Chief Strategy Officer role, was appointed Executive Vice President of the company's subsidiary, Alpha Modus Financial Services, LLC.

Asgary, 42, had been serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Alpha Modus since October 2025. He is the founder and president of Giant MGMT, a strategic advisory firm he established in 2007, and Giant Financial Labs, a financial software company he founded in January 2024. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Beautysense Group from September 2019 to July 2024, and co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Weedsense from October 2018 to November 2023.

In connection with the appointment, the company entered into a consulting agreement with Asgary's entity, 9185-5759 Quebec Inc., on July 16, 2026. The agreement carries an annual cash fee of $250,000 and a sign-on award of $250,000 in common stock warrants to be issued on or before August 1, 2026, with an exercise price of $0.0001 per share. The number of warrant shares will be based on the average closing price of Alpha Modus common stock for the five trading days prior to and ending on June 30, 2026.

The agreement has an initial term of five years and includes eligibility for performance-based fees, expense reimbursement, and 30 days of paid annual vacation. Asgary's scope of work includes investor relations, product commercialization, digital marketing, and B2B sales support, among other services.
