SharonAI Holdings names new CFO from Macquarie Capital
SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) has appointed Anuj Goel as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, according to a company statement.
Goel joins SharonAI after a 20-year career at Macquarie, where he most recently served as Head of Technology, APAC at Macquarie Capital. In that role, he advised on technology, telecommunications, media, and digital infrastructure transactions in Australia. He also spent six years in Macquarie's global venture capital team, working across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
In his new role, Goel will oversee financial strategy, capital management, corporate development, and financial operations at the Australian cloud computing company.
Outgoing CFO Tim Broadfoot is stepping down following his tenure at the company. Broadfoot will work alongside Goel during a transition period lasting several months.
James Manning, CEO and co-founder of SharonAI, said Goel "brings an exceptional combination of financial leadership, capital markets expertise and deep knowledge of the technology and digital infrastructure sectors."
Goel said he looks "forward to working with the team to build a disciplined financial platform that supports long-term growth while delivering value for customers, partners and shareholders."
