Sanofi (EURONEXT: SAN, NASDAQ: SNY) announced a restructuring of its Executive Committee, with changes taking effect September 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

The revised committee will include eight members: François Roger as Executive Vice President of Finance; Paulo Fontoura as Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development; Manuela Buxo as Executive Vice President of Specialty Care; Thomas Triomphe as Executive Vice President of Vaccines; Thomas Grenier as Executive Vice President of General Medicines; Brendan O'Callaghan as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply; Jamie Haney as Executive Vice President and General Counsel; and Véronique Jaillet as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer on an interim basis.

Emmanuel Frenehard, Head of Digital, and Audrey Duval, Head of Corporate Affairs, will continue to report directly to CEO Belén Garijo.

Madeleine Roach, currently Head of Business Operations, will transition to President and Country Lead of Sanofi Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Her former responsibilities will be absorbed into the Finance function, which will also take on Global Partnering and Business Development. Thomas Triomphe will add oversight of China to his existing role.

Olivier Charmeil, previously Executive Vice President of General Medicines, will move to the role of Strategic Projects Advisor to the CEO. Roy Papatheodorou, previously Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will leave the company to pursue external opportunities after more than four years with Sanofi.
