Raymond James: 'pricing dynamics are a bit more favorable with Salesforce'
Raymond James analyst Brian Peterson reiterated a Strong Buy rating and $290.00 price target on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM).
The analyst comments "We hosted a webinar with a leading CRM System Integrator (SI) partner that’s deployed Agentforce across its customer base, referencing slightly better than expected demand trends in 2026. That’s mostly attributable to customer familiarity around AI and Agentic spending which faced a higher degree of scrutiny in 2025, but that friction has eased in 2026. The strength is most evident with customers that can leverage their existing investment in Salesforce, with high levels of satisfaction for those that have consolidated their data footprint. Importantly, the partner referenced demand for Agentforce diversifying beyond Service Cloud, which we view as a key catalyst for the stock. The partner also indicated that Agentforce adoption has not been met with a corresponding reduction in headcount, which has been a key investor concern. The partner referenced some competition from the private side (particularly Sierra) but said that pricing dynamics are a bit more favorable with Salesforce (even driving some win backs)."
