Vivakor adds four crude oil deals worth ~$289M annually
Vivakor, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIVK), through its wholly owned subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC, announced the execution of four recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions with two commercial counterparties, according to a press release dated July 21, 2026.
The transactions commence August 1, 2026, and run through July 31, 2027, with month-to-month renewals thereafter. Trading will take place at Enterprise Cushing and Enterprise Midland locations.
The four agreements cover a combined monthly marketed volume of 300,000 barrels, or 3.6 million barrels annually. Based on current market pricing assumptions, the transactions are estimated to generate approximately $24.1 million in monthly commercial activity and approximately $289.2 million on an annualized basis. Actual revenues will vary based on commodity prices, market differentials, delivered volumes, and timing.
With these additions, Vivakor states its total announced recurring commercial programs represent approximately $709 million in annualized commercial activity and approximately 8.1 million barrels of annual marketed crude oil volumes, based on current market pricing assumptions.
The company noted that, consistent with standard physical commodity marketing transactions, its subsidiary recognizes only a small percentage of total contract value as gross profit, reflecting its role as an intermediary in the physical crude oil supply chain.
Vivakor also operates transportation, terminaling, and storage assets that complement its crude oil marketing activities.
