Wix.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: WIX) announced that Wix Headless now integrates with AI coding tools including Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex, and Base44, allowing builders to connect AI-generated frontends to Wix's business infrastructure through a single prompt.

Originally launched in 2023, Wix Headless provides access to business tools such as payments, bookings, eCommerce, CRM, SEO, analytics, and content management without requiring users to build a backend or manage servers separately.

The platform includes enterprise-grade infrastructure features such as a global CDN, auto-scaling, DDoS protection, SSL, data storage, and hosting with a claimed 99.99% uptime. Wix states the platform is compliant with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and various privacy requirements across its APIs.

For AI-native workflows, Wix Headless includes a model context protocol plugin built on the Wix API.
