AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) announced an order for 15 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft at the 2026 Farnborough International Air Show, with deliveries scheduled through 2033.

The order will bring AerCap's total fleet of 787 aircraft to approximately 140. The agreement includes substitution rights to the larger Boeing 787-10 variant. GE Aerospace's GEnx-1B engines will power the aircraft.

"The addition of these 15 Boeing 787 aircraft to our fleet further strengthens our position as the world's largest owner of 787 aircraft," said Aengus Kelly, CEO of AerCap.

Stephanie Pope, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, said the continued investment in the 787 family underscores the aircraft's role in enabling long-haul connectivity for airlines.

AerCap is headquartered in Dublin and serves approximately 300 customers worldwide.
