July 21, 2026 7:00 AM

Beamr Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: BMR) reported preliminary revenue of approximately $0.9 million for the first six months of 2026, down from $1.07 million in the same period of 2025, according to a shareholder letter issued by Chief Executive Officer Sharon Carmel.

The Israel-based video compression company said it held approximately $7.7 million in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2026. The company noted the preliminary figures are unaudited and subject to completion of its quarter-end financial review.

Carmel acknowledged share price volatility in the letter, stating that "technological progress must translate into meaningful commercial results." The company said it plans to manage expenses while evaluating opportunities to strengthen its balance sheet.

Beamr said it has extended partnerships and integrations with autonomous vehicle platforms and introduced a product called Beamr Blueprint, which allows customers to evaluate its technology using their own data and workflows. The company said Blueprint is currently being deployed with a global autonomous vehicle program.

The company said its strategy centers on applying its video compression technology to the data management needs of autonomous vehicles and what it describes as the broader Physical AI market. Beamr said its focus is on converting technical evaluations into paid deployments and long-term licensing relationships.

The company said it plans to pursue opportunities across autonomous vehicles, AI infrastructure, media, and other video-intensive markets.
