AptarGroup launches auto-loading dropper for skincare dosing

July 20, 2026 5:01 PM

AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) has launched a dropper packaging technology called NeoDropper Autoload, with Dermalogica selecting it for its FutureCode Booster skincare product, according to a company press release.

The device uses a twist-and-push mechanism with a cap that automatically loads a consistent dose after each use. The short applicator is intended to reduce breakage and improve hygiene, while an internal dip tube is designed to allow consumers to use formula down to the last drop.

Manuela DeForge, Packaging Engineer Manager at Dermalogica, said in a statement: "FutureCode Booster has been positively received by consumers, particularly for its dispensing performance, ease of use, and overall user experience."

Xavier Joseph, Vice President of Global Marketing and Innovation at Aptar Beauty, said the company is "advancing dropper and dosing packaging innovation to address evolving market needs and shape the future of precision dispensing for forward-thinking skincare brands."

The launch marks a continuation of the partnership between Dermalogica and Aptar. In 2022, Dermalogica was among the first prestige skincare brands to use Aptar's fully recyclable mono-material polyethylene dispensing pump, called Future.

AptarGroup is headquartered in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and employs approximately 14,000 people across 20 countries.
