Solventum names Neil Zieselman as chief accounting officer
Solventum Corporation (NYSE: SOLV) has appointed Neil Zieselman as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective August 10, 2026, according to a company statement.
Zieselman, 50, replaces Mary Wilcox, who is retiring from the role. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Wayde McMillan and will serve as the company's Principal Accounting Officer for SEC reporting purposes.
Zieselman joins Solventum from Surgery Partners, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Controller since May 2022. Before that, he held several finance roles at Stryker Corporation between 2017 and 2022. Earlier in his career, he held accounting and finance leadership positions at Covanta Holding Corporation, Cendant Corporation, and Avaya Inc. He began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Zieselman is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University.
His compensation package includes an annual base salary, a target annual bonus of 50% of base salary, and an annual long-term incentive target award of $500,000. He will also receive a cash sign-on bonus of $130,000 and an initial grant of $600,000 in restricted stock units, vesting in three equal installments over three years. Zieselman will also be eligible to participate in the Solventum Executive Severance Plan.
