Neuronetics names new CFO, promotes executive, and loses legal chief
Neuronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: STIM) announced several management changes, including the appointment of Nir Naor as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 23, 2026.
Naor brings more than 20 years of finance and life sciences experience. He most recently served as CFO of Axogen (NASDAQ: AXGN), a peripheral nerve repair company, where he contributed to the company achieving profitability and cash flow positivity within one year. Previously, he held CFO roles at Arbor Pharmaceuticals, where he led its sale to Azurity Pharmaceuticals, and at the U.S./Americas business of Mölnlycke. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at UCB and AstraZeneca, worked as an investment banker, audited with KPMG, and practiced commercial law. He is also a CFA charterholder.
In connection with his appointment, Naor will receive an inducement grant of 500,000 restricted stock units, vesting in equal installments on the first through fourth anniversaries of his start date, subject to continued employment. The grant was approved by the company's Compensation Committee under its 2020 Inducement Incentive Plan, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
Cory Anderson was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager, Greenbrook, effective July 1, 2026. Anderson has been with Neuronetics for more than five years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He has over 20 years of medical technology experience and previously held roles at Sebacia, The Innovation Factory, and Accuitive Medical Ventures.
Andrew Macan, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, will step down from his position effective August 15, 2026. No reason for his departure was provided.
