Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT), operator of Truth Social, announced that all claims between the company, Patrick Orlando, and ARC Global Investments II LLC have been resolved through a confidential settlement agreement.

The settlement covers all claims among the involved parties, according to a press release statement from the company.
