T3 Defense Inc. (NASDAQ: DFNS) announced that its subsidiary, Industrial Techno-Logic Solutions (ITS), has designed and delivered a custom composite materials production line to an undisclosed Israeli building materials manufacturer.

According to a press release, ITS integrated automated materials handling, precision application, and fiberglass-based reinforcement into the production line. The company applied its Design for Manufacturing methodology and took responsibility for mechanical engineering design, machining, supply chain management, integration, and factory deployment.

The delivery represents an expansion of an existing relationship between ITS and the unnamed customer. The companies did not disclose financial terms of the arrangement.

Menny Shalom, Chairman and CEO of T3 Defense, commented on the delivery: "Composite materials are becoming foundational across defense and industrial manufacturing, and the ability to produce them reliably at scale is a strategic capability in its own right. This production line gives the customer exactly that foundation, at the precision that defense and industrial programs demand."

ITS, a majority-owned subsidiary of T3 Defense, develops production lines for defense and industrial applications. T3 Defense is headquartered in New York and ITS operates from Netanya, Israel.
