Eaton Partners names Mickey Brunton co-head of GP-led secondaries
Eaton Partners, a private capital advisory firm and subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF), has appointed Mickey Brunton as Managing Director and Co-Head of GP-led Secondaries, according to a press release.
Brunton will serve as a senior leader on Eaton Partners' GP Solutions team, advising financial sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions and liquidity solutions. He previously served as Head of Secondaries at Connaught LLC, where he originated and executed approximately $500 million in secondary transactions. Before that, he worked in Jefferies' Private Capital Advisory group, advising on more than $4 billion in secondary transactions.
Brunton holds an MS in Finance from Texas Tech University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance from Lubbock Christian University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Three additional hires from Connaught LLC are also joining Eaton Partners: Stephen Sellman as Vice President, Matt Reynolds as Associate, and Darian Brill as Analyst.
