Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. has filed for an initial public offering of 43,478,261 shares of Class A common stock, according to a prospectus statement.

The company plans to sell 13,782,609 shares, while selling stockholders identified in the prospectus will offer the remaining 29,695,652 shares.

The expected initial public offering price is between $21.00 and $25.00 per share. Jersey Mike's Subs has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: JMKE).

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for the company's common stock.
