Nomad Foods reports Q2 2026 revenue decline, reiterates full-year guidance
Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD) released preliminary financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting an expected 2.5% to 3.5% decline in both reported and organic revenue.
The company projects Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter in the range of approximately €120 million to €126 million, with a closing cash and cash equivalents balance of approximately €273 million.
For the full year ending December 31, 2026, Nomad Foods reiterated guidance for organic revenue to decline by 2% to 5%, Adjusted EBITDA to decline by 5% to 10%, and Adjusted Free Cash Flow conversion of 90% or above.
The company said it is evaluating its full-year earnings per share guidance due to anticipated debt refinancing activities and their expected effect on interest expense and Adjusted Net Income.
Chief Executive Officer Dominic Brisby said in a statement that second quarter results are projected to be ahead of expectations communicated last quarter, and that price increases contributed to a year-on-year increase in gross margin for the quarter.
Chief Financial Officer Ruben Baldew said the company is exploring refinancing of its indebtedness, noting that while this may increase interest expense, the company intends to reduce that impact over time, primarily by reducing net debt.
Full second quarter 2026 results are expected to be reported in August. The preliminary figures are unaudited and subject to completion.
