Incyte (Nasdaq: INCY) will present data from six programs in its oncology portfolio at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026, scheduled for October 23–27 in Madrid, according to a company statement.

Four of the six presentations will be rapid oral sessions, covering investigational compounds across solid tumor indications. These include two presentations on INCB161734, an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor being studied as monotherapy or in combination with cetuximab in advanced colorectal cancer, and in combination with chemotherapy in advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Both colorectal and PDAC indications are also being evaluated in ongoing Phase 3 programs.

A third rapid oral presentation will cover INCA33890, a TGFβR2×PD-1 bispecific antibody developed in collaboration with Merus, now part of Genmab A/S, in combination with standard-of-care therapies for microsatellite stable colorectal cancer. A fourth rapid oral session will present preliminary efficacy data for INCB123667, a CDK2 inhibitor, combined with bevacizumab in recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer.

Two poster presentations are also planned. One will report final overall survival outcomes from the Phase 3 POD1UM-303/InterAACT-2 study of retifanlimab combined with carboplatin-paclitaxel in first-line advanced squamous anal cancer. The other will describe the design of a Phase 3 study of INCB123667 with bevacizumab as first-line maintenance therapy for advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer overexpressing Cyclin E1.

All compounds featured in the presentations remain investigational and have not received regulatory approval for the indications being studied.
