RPM International names two vice presidents in operations and finance

RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM) has appointed Andrew G. Polanco as vice president – operations and Anthony R. Nicholson as vice president – financial planning & analysis, both effective July 17, 2026, according to a company statement.



Polanco succeeds Timothy R. Kinser in the operations role. He has served as RPM's vice president of manufacturing since November 2022, overseeing manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the company's business segments. He joined RPM through its DAP business in 2016 and previously held operations roles at Masco Corporation and Black & Decker. Polanco holds a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Phoenix and completed graduate studies at Loyola University Maryland.



Nicholson joined RPM in 2021 as director – financial planning & corporate development after 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was promoted to senior director – financial planning in 2023 and is a certified public accountant. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and information systems from the University of Toledo.



RPM chairman and CEO Frank C. Sullivan commented on both appointments. Of Polanco, Sullivan said, "His expanded role reflects our confidence in his ability to advance operational excellence across RPM." Of Nicholson, Sullivan said, "His continued leadership will be instrumental as we sharpen our forecasting and planning capabilities across RPM."



RPM International, based in Medina, Ohio, operates across consumer, construction products, and performance coatings segments and employs approximately 17,800 people worldwide.
