QTREX Quantum names former Nano Dimension R&D executive to board
QTREX Quantum Ltd. (Nasdaq: QTEX) appointed Dr. Shlomit Chappel-Ram as an independent director, effective July 14, 2026, according to a statement from the Israel-based company.
Dr. Chappel-Ram previously served as Vice President of R&D at Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM), where she led teams across materials, chemistry, physics, process engineering, and electronics. She co-authored peer-reviewed IEEE research on additively manufactured electronics (AME) antenna architectures.
QTREX acquired the AME platform from Nano Dimension in April 2026 and is applying it to quantum connectivity components and application-specific RF parts. The company is based in Ness Ziona, Israel.
Dr. Chappel-Ram has served as General Manager of Digma Medical since January 2025. She previously held senior R&D roles at Edwards Lifesciences and Medinol Ltd. Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Bar-Ilan University and postdoctoral work at the City University of New York.
"We are adding to our Board an executive who played a foundational role in developing AME technology," said Dagi Ben-Noon, Chief Executive Officer of QTREX Quantum.
