Faraday Future attends Silicon Valley robotics summits, seeks deals
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) participated in three robotics and artificial general intelligence summits in Silicon Valley, where the company demonstrated its humanoid and quadruped robots and discussed potential developer partnerships, according to a company press release.
Chris Chen, Co-CEO of FF AI-Robotics, presented at the Humanity & AGI Summit 2026 at the Stanford Faculty Club on July 12, AUTONOMOUS 2026 in San Francisco on July 16, and is scheduled to appear at AGI Summit SF 2026 at the Palace of Fine Arts on July 19.
At each event, Faraday Future showcased two robots: the All-New Futurist, described as a humanoid robot, and Navi, a quadruped robot positioned for the education market. The company said it is advancing cooperation agreements with developers from Stanford and UC Berkeley backgrounds, targeting the industrial, security and inspection, and education sectors.
The company said the outreach supports an updated strategy it calls the "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem, which adds an Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform component to its existing EAI Brain, EAI Devices, and EAI Data Factory framework.
"Silicon Valley brings together some of the world's strongest robotics and AI talent, and the response to our EAI robots at these summits confirms that developers are looking for open, deployable platforms they can build real products on," Chen said.
Faraday Future disclosed several material risks in the release, including its inability to currently pay outstanding obligations, a lack of sufficient share capital to meet obligations or execute its strategy, and the possibility of seeking bankruptcy protection if future financing efforts fail. The company also noted its stock could be suspended from trading on Nasdaq if its closing price remains at $0.10 or below for 10 consecutive trading days.
