Movado Group extends credit facility to 2031 with reduced commitments
Movado Group, Inc. (NYSE: MOV) announced it has amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date from October 28, 2026 to July 16, 2031, according to a company statement.
The amendment, designated as Amendment No. 7 to the company's Amended and Restated Credit Agreement originally dated October 12, 2018, was executed on July 16, 2026 with Bank of America, N.A. serving as administrative agent.
Under the revised terms, the total commitment under the facility was reduced from $100.0 million to $75.0 million. The amendment also eliminates the 0.10% per annum SOFR adjustment and increases the interest rate margins by 0.10% per annum.
The facility includes a $15.0 million letter of credit subfacility and a $25.0 million swingline subfacility. The terms also allow for uncommitted increases of up to $50.0 million in aggregate, subject to customary conditions.
As of July 16, 2026, no loans were drawn under the facility, with approximately $299,000 in letters of credit outstanding, leaving available borrowing capacity of approximately $74.7 million.
Parties to the agreement include Movado Group Delaware Holdings Corporation, Movado Retail Group, Inc., Movado LLC, MGI Luxury Group GmbH as the Swiss borrower, and Movado Group Nederland B.V. as guarantor.
