Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) announced that its subsidiary, Tutor Perini Building Corp., has been selected by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma for a $140 million renovation and expansion project at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola in Pocola, Oklahoma.

The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations of the existing hotel and casino, covering all food and gaming venues. The project also includes construction of a new seven-story, 130-room hotel tower with a spa, fitness center, and pool complex.

Tutor Perini Building Corp. has been involved in the preconstruction phase since 2025, with construction expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026. The contract value will be added to Tutor Perini's backlog incrementally as design milestones are reached and subsequent construction phases are awarded.
