Silicom wins custom server adapter order, eyes $10M from client in 2027
Silicom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SILC) announced on July 16, 2026, that an existing customer has awarded the company a new design win for a custom high-speed server adapter built to the customer's specifications.
According to a press release, revenue from the new design win is set to begin in 2026 and is projected to exceed $5 million in 2027. Combined with existing business, the customer's total annual spending with Silicom is expected to grow from approximately $3 million in 2026 to nearly $10 million in 2027.
The company said the new design win addresses a distinct use case within the customer's infrastructure, separate from products the customer already purchases from Silicom. The same customer previously integrated one of Silicom's off-the-shelf server adapters and an FPGA Smart NIC.
Silicom also noted that the production order brings its total 2026 AI inference revenues to several million dollars, which the company described as additive to its core business guidance of $82 million to $83 million.
"This latest Design Win powerfully validates the trust this customer places in our technical capabilities and delivery execution," said Liron Eizenman, Silicom's CEO.
Silicom is based in Kfar Sava, Israel, and provides networking and data infrastructure solutions for cloud, data center, and edge environments.
