Duos Edge AI signs $111M colocation deal at Columbus, Georgia campus
Duos Edge AI, Inc., a subsidiary of Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT), announced a five-year colocation agreement valued at more than $111 million to provide 10 megawatts of critical IT-load capacity at its Columbus, Georgia data center campus.
The new agreement is expected to become available in the fourth quarter of 2026. Combined with a previously announced initial 10 MW deployment at the same campus, which is expected to begin generating revenue in August 2026, the Columbus facility is projected to reach 20 MW of total capacity by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.
The customer is described in the press release as an investment-grade hyperscaler, though the company did not disclose the customer's identity.
Duos Technologies recently completed a $55 million capital raise intended to support the acquisition of the Columbus facility and related infrastructure. The company said the funds are earmarked to fulfill contracted customer deployments and expand the campus.
"This agreement shows how we are investing in infrastructure in key markets so we can quickly add capacity for our customers," said Duos CEO Doug Recker. "The Columbus campus gives us the ability to rapidly deploy high-density AI infrastructure while generating durable recurring revenue."
With the Columbus agreements, Duos Edge AI said it has confirmed 20 MW in total contracted deployment for 2026.
