Wendy's (NASDAQ: WEN) is offering a small Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty for $1 at participating U.S. locations from July 20 through August 23, according to a company press release.

Wendy's Rewards members can access the promotion one day early, on July 19, coinciding with National Ice Cream Day, by redeeming a digital offer through the Wendy's app. App download and registration are required, with a limit of one redemption per account on that date.

During the broader promotional period, the $1 price is available in-restaurant, at the drive-thru, through the Wendy's app, and on Wendys.com. Delivery orders are excluded. Customers are limited to 10 units per transaction, and prices may be higher in Alaska and Hawaii.

Wendy's operates more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide.
