Banzai names two Demio co-founders to lead CreateStudio unit
Banzai International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNZI) announced that David Abrams and Wyatt Jozwowski, co-founders of Demio, are rejoining the company to lead its CreateStudio business unit, according to a press release dated July 16, 2026.
Abrams has been named General Manager of CreateStudio, while Jozwowski takes the role of Vice President of Product for the same unit. Both previously held positions at Banzai following the company's acquisition of Demio.

Abrams said in a statement: "AI video editing is moving fast and CreateStudio is positioned to lead it. We're coming back to Banzai now because we believe in this vision, and we're ready to roll up our sleeves and build something incredible again, together."
Jozwowski added: "Video has changed more in the last few months than I ever expected because of AI, and it's opening the door to compete with legacy editors in a way that just wasn't possible before."
Banzai is a Seattle-based marketing technology company that states it serves more than 150,000 customers.
