Centerra Gold raises credit facility to $600M, extends term to 2030
Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX: CG) (NYSE: CGAU) has amended its revolving credit facility, increasing the size to $600 million from $400 million and extending the maturity date to July 15, 2030, according to a press release from the Toronto-based gold mining company.
The four-year facility carries an interest rate based on the Secured Overnight Financing Rate plus a margin of 1.875% to 3.000%, depending on the net leverage ratio. The previous facility carried a margin range of 2.25% to 3.25%. As of July 15, 2026, no amounts were drawn under the facility.
The Bank of Nova Scotia and National Bank of Canada lead the facility, with The Bank of Nova Scotia serving as administrative agent. Additional lenders in the syndicate include ING Capital LLC, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, PNC Bank Canada Branch, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Citibank, N.A. (Canadian Branch).
The company said the facility may be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, investments, potential acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
