Celsius Holdings refinances $694.75M term loan at lower interest rate

July 15, 2026 4:20 PM

Celsius Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CELH) announced it has completed a refinancing of its existing term loan through a second amendment to its credit agreement, dated July 15, 2026.

Under the second refinancing amendment, the company reduced the applicable interest rate on its Term Loan Facility by 0.25%. An additional 0.25% reduction is possible if the company achieves certain public corporate or corporate family ratings on an ongoing basis.

In connection with the amendment, Celsius Holdings drew a new $694.75 million term loan and used the proceeds to repay its existing $700 million term loan in full. The company reported no prepayment penalties were incurred as part of the transaction.

All other material terms of the credit agreement, including the interest rate on the $100 million revolving credit facility, remain unchanged.

The credit agreement was originally established on April 1, 2025, providing for a term loan facility of up to $900 million and a revolving credit facility of up to $100 million, with UBS AG, Stamford Branch serving as administrative agent and collateral agent. A first refinancing amendment in October 2025 had already reduced interest rates on both facilities by 0.75%.
