Cheche Group gets 180-day Nasdaq extension on bid price rule
Cheche Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CCG) announced it received a second 180-day extension from the Nasdaq Stock Market to regain compliance with the minimum closing bid price requirement of $1.00 per share under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The extension, approved by Nasdaq on July 14, 2026, follows the expiration of an initial 180-day compliance period on July 13, 2026. The company now has until January 11, 2027, to meet the requirement.
To regain compliance, Cheche Group's Class A ordinary shares must close at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, though generally not more than 20, during the new compliance period.
If the company fails to meet the requirement by January 11, 2027, it may face delisting from Nasdaq. The company would have the option to request a review by a Nasdaq Hearings Panel at that time.
Cheche Group is a Beijing-based auto insurance technology platform operating across 25 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China.
