July 15, 2026 8:01 AM

Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM) announced its Summer '26 Release, introducing a set of artificial intelligence capabilities aimed at helping organizations act on customer data in real time across marketing and service functions.

The release includes a feature called LLM Insights, which allows teams to monitor how their brand appears in AI-powered search results. Sprinklr also incorporated video analytics capabilities through its acquisition of ViralMoment, extending its analytics beyond text and images.

An expanded integration with CreatorIQ gives brands access to influencer data alongside paid and organic performance metrics. The platform also added next-generation Voice AI agents with sub-second response times, designed to handle customer service interactions across channels.

On the decision-support side, Sprinklr Copilot received updates enabling it to summarize campaigns, analyze publishing calendars, and generate social content and videos using natural language prompts. Automated statistical analysis within the CFM Copilot is intended to identify factors driving survey outcomes without manual data processing.

The release adds integrations with several third-party platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Microsoft Teams. A beta feature called Sprinklr MCP allows users to access Sprinklr data from within those external AI assistants.

TikTok Smart+ campaign tools received enhancements for audience targeting and creative optimization. Built-in testing and simulation tools were also added to help organizations validate AI agent behavior before deployment.

"The challenge today isn't collecting data—it's knowing what matters and acting on it quickly," said Karthik Suri, Chief Product and Corporate Strategy Officer at Sprinklr. "With this release, we're helping organizations move from signals to decisions and from conversations to resolutions by combining agentic AI for autonomous resolutions with copilot support for human-assisted ones."

Sprinklr states that more than 1,600 enterprises currently use its platform, including 59% of the Fortune 100. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by the company.
