Domino's Pizza adds two directors, names new lead independent director

Domino's Pizza, Inc. (Nasdaq: DPZ) announced the appointment of Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson to its Board of Directors, along with the election of Corie Barry as Lead Independent Director, according to a company statement dated July 14, 2026.

Barry, who has served on the Domino's board since July 2018 and chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, replaces Richard Federico in the lead independent director role. Federico will remain on the board and continue as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Barry currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc.

Creedon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc., a position he has held since 2024. He joined Dollar Tree as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and has served on its board since 2025. Prior to Dollar Tree, he held senior roles at Advance Auto Parts, Tyco International, and ADT Security. Creedon will serve on Domino's Audit Committee.

Olson has served as President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP Inc. since November 2024, with more than 30 years of experience at the company. Her previous roles at HP include Senior Vice President and Managing Director for North America and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Worldwide Print. Olson will also serve on Domino's Audit Committee.

Domino's operates more than 22,300 stores across over 90 markets and reported global retail sales of over $20.4 billion in the trailing four quarters ended March 22, 2026.
