Chiron Real Estate names new COO, CDO, and SVP in leadership shake-up
Chiron Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: XRN), a healthcare-focused real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Md., has announced several executive appointments effective July 16, 2026.
Robert "Bobby" Zeiller has been named Chief Development Officer and Head of Seniors Housing. Zeiller brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development, construction, and asset management. He most recently served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silverstone Senior Living, and previously held senior roles at Westbrook Properties and Crescent Resources.
Aaron Roseth has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Roseth has more than 25 years of executive experience across real estate, architecture, development, and hospitality. He joins Chiron after more than two decades at ESG Architecture & Design, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer for ten years.
In connection with these appointments, Danica Holley, the company's current Chief Operating Officer, has been named Chief Administrative Officer.
Chiron also announced that Tami Cumings, former Chief Operating Officer of Silverstone Senior Living, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Seniors Housing. Cumings brings more than 30 years of operating experience and will work alongside Zeiller on operator relationships, portfolio performance, and capital planning.
