Delivery Hero SE (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: DHER) confirmed it is in advanced negotiations with Uber Technologies, Inc. regarding a potential takeover offer to all of the company's shareholders, according to a statement from the Berlin-based company.

The company said it would not comment on speculation regarding an offer price.
