Citi opens 90-day upside catalyst watch on Full Truck Alliance
Citi analyst Alicia Yap reiterated a Buy rating and a $14.00 price target on Full Truck Alliance Co. Ltd. (NYSE: YMM).
Yap expects the company to report its second-quarter 2026 results around mid-August, with adjusted net profit projected to come in slightly above VisibleAlpha consensus estimates. Order volume growth is expected at approximately 13% year-over-year for the quarter, with some delays in shipping and production attributed to an oil price surge.
The analyst cited several potential catalysts for the second half of 2026, including faster growth in full truckload orders, accelerating order volume growth in the fourth quarter due to easier comparisons, and year-over-year earnings growth returning to approximately 30% in the second half of 2026. Yap also placed a 90-day positive catalyst watch on the stock.
Citi noted the stock's current valuation of 11.8x 2026 estimated price-to-earnings, compared to a historical average of 15x, as a factor in maintaining the rating. Earnings estimates and the price target were left unchanged.
Shares of Full Truck Alliance closed at $8.57 prior to the announcement.
