D-Wave to move stock listing from NYSE to Nasdaq on July 25
D-Wave Quantum Inc. announced it will voluntarily transfer the listing of its common stock from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market, effective after market close on July 24, 2026.
The company's shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on July 27, 2026, under the same ticker symbol, QBTS. D-Wave said it has met all Nasdaq listing requirements and expects no disruption to trading during the transition.

D-Wave, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, provides quantum computing systems, software, and services across both annealing and gate-model platforms.
