TD Cowen analyst Ryan Langston raised the price target on UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) to $430.00 (from $337.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.

The analyst comments "We are slightly raising our UNH 2026/2027E EPS estimates from $18.25/$20.40 to $18.75/$20.90 to contemplate favorable MA utilization trends in both UHC and Optum Health, offset by slightly lower Rx and Insight contribution vs our previous model. We are keenly focused on any Stars commentary management may provide at the 2Q. We are raising our price target to $430, or 20.6x our 2027 EPS estimate."
