AngioDynamics reports fiscal 2026 full-year net sales of $320M

AngioDynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGO) reported fiscal year 2026 financial results for the period ended May 31, 2026, with pro forma net sales of $320.2 million, a 9.4% increase from the prior year, according to a company press release.

The company's Med Tech segment posted net sales of $150.0 million for the full year, an 18.4% increase from $126.7 million in the prior year. Med Device net sales were $170.2 million, up 2.5% year over year. Full-year adjusted EBITDA was $13.2 million, compared to $7.6 million in fiscal 2025. The GAAP net loss for the year was $36.7 million, or $0.88 per share. Adjusted net loss was $10.0 million, or $0.24 per share. The company ended the fiscal year with $53.9 million in cash and no debt.

For the fourth quarter ended May 31, 2026, pro forma net sales were $86.6 million, up 8.0% from the prior-year quarter. Med Tech net sales grew 16.7% to $41.8 million, while Med Device net sales rose 1.1% to $44.8 million. GAAP gross margin for the quarter was 54.0%, up 130 basis points year over year. Adjusted EBITDA was $3.3 million, compared to $3.4 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2025. The GAAP net loss for the quarter was $11.4 million, or $0.27 per share.

During the fiscal year, AngioDynamics received FDA Investigational Device Exemption approvals for the APEX-Return study evaluating its AlphaReturn Blood Management System and for the PAVE study evaluating the AngioVac System for right-sided infective endocarditis. Palmetto GBA finalized Medicare coverage for NanoKnife irreversible electroporation in prostate and liver cancer, effective July 5, 2026. After the fiscal year ended, the company received FDA IDE approval for the RELIEF study evaluating NanoKnife for benign prostatic hyperplasia.

For fiscal year 2027, AngioDynamics issued guidance calling for net sales of $336.0 million to $341.0 million, Med Tech net sales growth of 12% to 15%, flat Med Device net sales, gross margin of 54% to 55%, adjusted EBITDA of $13.0 million to $16.0 million, and adjusted EPS of ($0.29) to ($0.24).
