BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: BMRN) has completed its acquisition of Amicus Therapeutics, Inc., according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

BioMarin filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on April 27, 2026, disclosing the consummation of the deal. Under the terms of the merger agreement, dated December 19, 2025, Amicus became a wholly owned subsidiary of BioMarin through a merger involving Lynx Merger Sub 1, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BioMarin.

Both BioMarin and Amicus are incorporated in Delaware.
