Everson, who served as a director designee of Toby Neugebauer, submitted a resignation letter to the Board effective immediately. At the time of his resignation, he did not serve on any Board committee.

The company stated that Everson was granted full access to its books and records, with the exception of materials related to pending litigation involving Neugebauer, on whose behalf Everson served as a Board representative.
