Expensify, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXFY) has launched a consolidated travel billing feature for its Expensify Travel platform, allowing U.S. businesses to receive a single monthly bill for flights, hotels, car rentals, and rail bookings made through the service.

The feature is designed for companies that want to centralize travel payments without issuing corporate cards to individual employees or processing reimbursements. Charges made by employees through Expensify Travel are automatically routed to a company-level billing program tied to a designated business bank account.

Finance teams gain access to a dashboard showing travel spend, available credit, settlement settings, and downloadable statements. The feature also includes accounting integrations and automated credit card authorization handling for hotel bookings.

"Central billing cards have long been the default solution for companies that don't want to distribute corporate cards to employees, but they often introduce new challenges around reconciliation, visibility, and administration," said Ryan Schaffer, CFO of Expensify.

Consolidated travel billing is currently available only to U.S. customers on Expensify Travel. The company said the launch expands its travel platform, which combines travel booking, expense management, and corporate spend controls.
