Victory Capital reports $346.1 billion in total client assets for June
Victory Capital Holdings (NASDAQ: VCTR) reported total client assets of $346.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, up from $342.4 billion at the end of May, according to a press release from the San Antonio-based asset management firm.
Total assets under management (AUM) stood at $342.4 billion at month-end, with other assets of $3.6 billion. For the month of June, average total AUM was $340.1 billion and average total client assets were $343.7 billion.
For the second quarter, the company reported long-term AUM net inflows of $4.2 billion.
By asset class, solutions accounted for $105.6 billion of total long-term assets of $338.9 billion, followed by fixed income at $83.4 billion, U.S. large cap equity at $66.4 billion, global and non-U.S. equity at $37.4 billion, U.S. mid cap equity at $31.3 billion, U.S. small cap equity at $11.3 billion, and alternative investments at $3.4 billion.
By vehicle, mutual funds represented $180.7 billion of total AUM, separate accounts and other pooled vehicles accounted for $142.6 billion, and ETFs totaled $19.2 billion. By region, U.S. client assets were $283.5 billion and non-U.S. client assets were $62.6 billion.
Victory Capital said it plans to report second-quarter 2026 financial results after the market closes on August 5, 2026, with a conference call scheduled for August 6 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
