George Holding resigned from the board of directors of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT) on July 6, 2026, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Holding also stepped down from the committees on which he served. The company stated that his resignation did not arise from or relate to a dispute with management or the board.
