Virtualitics signs 3,000 sq ft lease at Comstock's Reston Station
Comstock Holding Companies (Nasdaq: CHCI) announced that Virtualitics, an AI-powered decision intelligence company, has signed a 3,000-square-foot office lease at 1900 Reston Metro Plaza in Reston Station, located in Reston, Virginia.
Virtualitics, headquartered in Pasadena, California, builds AI platform applications aimed at enterprise and government decision-making. The company said the new Reston office is intended to support its growth in the Northern Virginia market and provide access to the region's technology and government contracting workforce.
"Northern Virginia is a critical hub for the communities we serve," said Kristy Friedrichs, Chief Operating Officer at Virtualitics. "Establishing our Reston office strengthens our ability to collaborate more closely with customers, recruit exceptional talent, and continue scaling the delivery of our AI readiness capabilities that support mission success."
Tim Steffan, Chief Operating Officer of Comstock, said the company was pleased to welcome Virtualitics to Reston Station, noting that organizations increasingly seek connected, amenity-rich environments that support innovation and collaboration.
Reston Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development spanning approximately 90 acres surrounding the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro's Silver Line. Other tenants at the development include Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, ICF International, and CARFAX.
