Micware Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: MWC), a Japan-based automotive software provider, announced it will rename its consolidated subsidiary Micware Navigations Co., Ltd. to Micware Spacia Co., Ltd., effective September 1, 2026.

As part of the reorganization, the DynaPlanet platform, currently operated under Micware, will be transferred to Micware Spacia. The company has established relationships with Japanese automakers including Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and Toyota Motor Corporation, and operates through six entities and 12 branch offices across Japan, with subsidiaries in the United States, Thailand, and Germany.
